Automate business workflows with AI.
We automate workflows where your team reads documents, transfers data and prepares cases. We connect the steps to your existing systems. Incoming documents become structured results your team can use in the next stage of its work.

Receipts become structured accounting data.

Capture documents
Details from invoices, forms or project documents are extracted and structured. Your team reviews the prepared data and takes it into the next step of the workflow.
Route incoming work
Emails and attachments are assigned to the relevant case. Information is brought together so the person handling it starts with a complete view.
Prepare reports
Information from several documents is collected for recurring reports. The workflow prepares a draft and flags missing details for your team to review.
Fixed rules and AI handle different steps.
A fixed rule can export a checked data record. AI helps where content needs to be read, classified or summarised. We choose the technology for each step according to the task. If a case needs decisions across several steps, an AI agent can handle the workflow.
Turn manual work into a working process.
Review the work today
We follow a specific case from input to result, including documents, data transfers, questions and rework.
Build the first workflow
Using real examples, we build a small working part, connect the selected systems and agree on the points where your team reviews or approves.
Check daily results
We compare handling time including rework, accuracy and day-to-day effort. Further steps are added after this review.
What your team gets for its first use.
- A defined workflow from input to result with clear review points.
- An implementation for the selected documents and systems.
- A first working part tested on real cases, with a joint review of the results.
Which workflow would you like to automate?
Briefly describe what comes in, what your team does with it and the result you need. The free first call helps establish a starting point. A workshop suits one initial use case; a readiness check suits several departments.

Questions about automating your processes.
Do we need to tidy our documents first?
A fully cleaned data landscape is not a prerequisite. Old versions, duplicates and expired information belong in the assessment, not in the agent’s answer. We review which existing documents are suitable for a first build.
Which systems can be connected?
Microsoft 365, email, network drives, databases and business applications are possible connections. We assess access and technical options for your workflow. Data flows, hosting, providers and responsibilities are reviewed for each case, along with the steps requiring approval.
What does a first automated workflow cost?
For a first working part as a proof of concept (PoC), the indicative range is EUR 2,500 to 15,000. We agree the fixed price after a workshop or readiness check. Scope, schedule and subsequent operational support are agreed separately. Time freed up creates additional capacity, without a guarantee of cost or staffing savings.
