Which companies is this useful for?
Our focus is project-based companies with around 30 or more employees and knowledge spread across systems. Smaller teams and well-defined individual tasks are welcome too. What matters is a recurring workflow with results that can be checked.
How do you handle access and responsibility?
We review data flows, hosting, model providers, permissions and responsibilities for your case. You decide what the agent may do and where approval is required. Connections to Microsoft 365, network drives or business applications are assessed before implementation.
What does a build cost and how is value measured?
After a workshop or readiness check, the first working part is offered as a proof of concept (PoC). The indicative range is EUR 2,500 to 15,000, with a fixed price once scope is clear. Schedule and operational support are agreed separately. We measure handling time including rework, accuracy and day-to-day effort. Time freed up creates additional capacity.
