- A one-page brief for the chosen use case: the workflow, the documents and systems involved, what the agent does alone and where it asks.
- A rough effort estimate for a first working part.
- A proposal for the next step that you can review in your own time.
Who should be in the room.
Someone who makes the call, and the people who run the workflow every day. If systems need connecting, someone from IT helps.
No preparation needed. A short list of the workflows that take the most time is useful.
Price
- Fixed price, agreed before the date.
- Travel anywhere in Austria included.
- If you commission a PoC afterwards, the workshop fee is credited.
