When is a readiness check a better fit than a workshop?
When several departments or systems are involved, or a larger investment is ahead. The workshop defines one initial use case. The readiness check assesses several options and puts them in a roadmap.
Do we need clean data before starting?
A fully cleaned data landscape is not a prerequisite. Old versions, duplicates and expired information belong in the assessment, not in the agent’s answer. We review selected documents with you.
Does the check cover data protection and system access?
We identify open questions about data flows, hosting, model providers, permissions and responsibilities. Potential integrations are assessed for your case. The check provides a basis for decisions and an implementation plan, without a blanket compliance assurance.
