AI readiness check: where an agent fits in.
Before you invest in a build, we review your workflows, existing documents, systems and access with you. You get a prioritised list of use cases and a concrete plan for the first step.
What we look at.
- Workflows: where people keep searching, copying data or chasing answers, how often and who.
- Documents and systems: where information lives, what state it is in, and what can be connected, such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, network drives or line-of-business software.
- Access and limits: who may see what, where sign-off is required, and which data protection questions need answering for your case.
- Goals: how you will judge the result, meaning handling time including rework, accuracy of the output and day-to-day effort.

Conversations
With management, the business side and IT, on site and online. We listen to how the work actually runs today.

Review
We look at selected documents and systems, as far as you grant access. Nothing needs tidying up first.

Recommendation
We present findings and our recommendation on site and answer your questions.

EUR 3,000–6,000
- Fixed price, set after the first call, depending on the number of workflows and systems.
- On-site dates anywhere in Austria, travel included.
